I bought the monster 300cc atv back in march 2017. Don Hopper helped me through the entire process from start to finish. Since taking possession of the atv, I've taken it in several hunting trips and other outings. I wanted to really give this machine a good run before reviewing it. The optional 4 wheel drive is awesome! The display really lights up on night riding. This atv really is a monster! Thanks Don, you're the best! I will be purchasing another atv from here very soon

Bought 2 Bashan Enforcers from Don. Great bikes, very happy with purchase. First bike arrived in 2 weeks. Second bike took 3 months. I have no complaint because Don kept in touch with us right along. He has little control on the container shipping once it leaves China. He and Patty were always polite and honest.Don offered a refund on the 2nd bike because of delay.Im glad we waited, my son and I are happy and will deal with Don again.
I paid in full on Order Date: 5/2/2017 and these people ( Don, Greg and Patti) strung me along for over 90 days, 106 days to be exact. I called several times during this time period and you wouldn't believe the line of malarkey. As I write this it is 8/16/2017. I have lost $829 because of this company. Beware of this company. How can you trust a company that takes an order, ships nothing, does not even contact me or change the orders status to cancelled, and now claims they have refunded my money when they haven't?

I ordered a minibike from this company in April, 2017. My card was charged. I requested that I be contacted about shipping information but my order never showed anything but 'pending'. I called a couple times requesting what the status of the order was, but I never received a call back. Finally, I decided I needed to know what happened (this was already well after the summer, I thought maybe it was back ordered) and was told that my order had been canceled and my money was refunded. I told them to please check because a credit was never posted to my credit card. They claimed that they reversed the charge and they would do nothing else, and that I had to make a charge back claim to get my money. I did that but just now received a letter from my credit card that it was denied because so much time had passed (60 days).
